झारखंड की आदिवासी बालाएं अब ढ़ाबा व्यावसाय में धमाल मचाने उतरी हैं। झारखंड में आदिवासी महिलाओं की कर्मठता का पुराना इतिहास रहा है।
'दीदी की ढ़ाबा' की उद्यमी दीदियों से यह संभावना जगी है कि अब यहां की महिलाएं बिजनेस वूमन बनने की राह पर हैं। यह ढ़़ा़बा रांची शहर के पास जगन्नाथपुर मंदिर के पास स्थित हैै।
Tribal women in Jharkhand have ventured in the 'dhaba' (road side eatery) business. This may be the first of its kind in the country. Five women have joined hands to start this 'dhaba' - they have all invested in this and also taken a loan of a lakh of Rupees from a Self Help Group. The 'dhaba' is situated near the Jagannathpur Mandir not very far from the airport in capital city Ranchi.
