A Swachh Bharat Short Film Festival is being organised. For the entries are invited from all age groups, especially the children. The duration of the film should not be more than 3 minutes (180 seconds) and should be shot in HD format. The film can be made in any of the listed official language but if it is not in Hindi or English a translation must be submitted.
The selected best film carries an award amount of ten lakhs, followed by 3 second best films with an award amount of 5 lakhs each and 6 third best films with an award amount of 2 lakhs each.
