Many districts, including Mahatma Gandhi's birthplace Porbandar, will be declared Open Defecation Free (ODF) on Mahatma's birthday, 2nd Oct. Govt data says that so far, 2.37 crore toilets have been built in rural areas and 24.05 lakh in urban areas. Read more on this in the TOI report by Dipak Dash.....
