In the tribal Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh, state government employees won't get their salaries if they don't construct toilets at home and get it verified from officials. This is another step to make the district Open Defecation Free (ODF). District collector Mukesh Shukla said that the government staff have to set an example to others. Read more in TOI.....
