Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Ram Vilas Paswan today asserted that the Government is going to implement "One nation-one ration card" scheme in the whole country by 30th June, 2020. Paswan said, while addressing media in New Delhi that work on linking all the ration cards all over the country with Aadhar cards and organizing food grain distribution mechanism in its entirety through Point of Sale (PoS) machine is in the final stage.
Currently Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Telangana and Tripura are 10 states where 100% POS machines have been arranged for grain distribution and all PDS shops have been connected to the Internet. Now, in these states any beneficiary can take grain from any public distribution system shop in that state. Paswan stated that arrangements are being made to ensure that by August 15, 2019, beneficiaries of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Gujarat and Maharashtra will be able to take ration from anywhere in both states.
The Minister asserted that work is being done on war footing to ensure “One Nation One Ration Card” scheme is implemented across the nation and for that data of all ration cards will be connected to one server and any beneficiary, anywhere in the country, will be able to pick up their grain from any public distribution system of their choice after 30th June, 2020.
The Minister said work is in the final stage for integrating the entire public distribution system with the Depots online system (DOS) to ensure seamless working of the National Food Security Act and bringing further transparency in the storage and distribution process of food grains.FCI will provide an internet gateway for integrating DOS with State governments within 4 months. After that, within 2 months, States will integrate their Warehouse Management Systems with DOS. The Union Minister issued instructions to the officials of Department of Food and PD to continuously review the progress made in this regard.
सरकार 30 जून 2020 तक पूरे भारत में ‘एक राष्ट्र एक राशन कार्ड’ योजना लागू करेगी
केन्द्रीय उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्री रामविलास पासवान ने आज कहा कि सरकार 30 जून 2020 तक पूरे भारत में ‘एक राष्ट्र, एक राशन कार्ड’ योजना लागू करेगी। दिल्ली में मीडिया से बातचीत करते हुए श्री पासवान ने कहा कि सभी राशन कार्डों को आधार कार्ड से जोड़ने और फ्वांट ऑफ सेल (पीओएस) मशीन के माध्यम से खाद्यान्न वितरण की व्यवस्था अपने अंतिम चरण में है।
वर्तमान में आंध्र प्रदेश, गुजरात, हरियाणा, झारखंड, कर्नाटक, केरल, महाराष्ट्र, राजस्थान, तेलंगाना और त्रिपुरा ऐसे 10 राज्य हैं, जहां खाद्यान्न वितरण का 100 प्रतिशत कार्य पीओएस मशीनों के जरिए हो रहा है और इन राज्यों में सार्वजनिक वितरण की सभी दुकानों को इंटरनेट से जोड़ा जा चुका है।
इन राज्यों में लाभार्थी सार्वजनिक वितरण की किसी भी दुकान से अनाज प्राप्त कर सकता है। आशा है कि 15 अगस्त, 2019 से आंध्र प्रदेश और तेलंगाना, गुजरात एवं महाराष्ट्र राज्यों के लाभार्थी दोनों राज्यों में स्थित किसी भी दुकान से अनाज प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
पासवान ने कहा कि एक राष्ट्र एक राशन कार्ड योजना को पूरे देश में कार्यान्वित करने के लिए युद्धस्तर पर कार्य जारी है। इसके लिए सभी राशन कार्डों के आंकड़ों को एक सर्वर से जोड़ा जाएगा। 30 जून, 2020 के बाद लाभार्थी देश के किसी भी हिस्से में और किसी भी सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली के अंतर्गत अनाज प्राप्त कर सकेगा।
