This is the story of Ram Chandra, an executive at the Google headquarters in Seattle, USA. Hailing from Sojat town in Rajasthan, Ram Chandra's father Tejaram Sankhla is a labourer loading sacks of heena in the town. Tejaram need not work now as Ram Chandra can easily support him but he does not like to sit at home doing nothing. Ram Chandra did his schooling from a Hindi medium school and then with the financial help of others did his higher studies. He graduated from IIT-Roorkee.
Stories of such bright students will act as a motivation to our youth around the country. And this myth of going to IITs only if one is from a good English medium school has also been overcome by Ram Chandra.
