Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has announced to start mobile kitchens to provide meals at 5 Rupees. This scheme will start in Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Dumka and Palamau. The mobile van will carry meals for 300 people daily.
