Inspired by Prime Minister Modi's vision of making India open-defecation-free by 2020, a soldier of the Indo-Tibetian Border Police has decided to donate Rs.57000 to construct toilets and make his village open-defecation free.
This soldier is Vikas Thakur from Sirmor, in Himachal Pradesh.
