A Twitter post addressed to Communication Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has helped the remote Himalayan village Bhanoli Sera in Uttarakhand get a post office. The post office was made operational in just 4 days and is presently housed in a temporary room. Such positive action has been seen when most ministers in PM Modi's cabinet have become active on social media.
