As per information available from State Boards/Councils, the number of AYUSH practitioners has increased from 7,36,538 in 2014 to 7,44,563 in 2015 and to 7,71,468 in 2016.

Minister of Railways Shri Suresh Prabhu inaugurated the WiFi facility from Kudal Railway Station today at 28 Railway Stations of Konkan Railway. Unlimited FREE Wi-Fi facility will be provided at  these 28 stations from KOLAD to MADURE in the initial phase with a peer to peer speed of 2 Mbps. The system can provide access to about 300 users at bigger stations and about 100 users at smaller stations.
