Sri Maheshwari Sabha, Ranchi serves hot meals to an average of one thousand needy daily free of cost. Besides this milk is provided to some 200 people and tea/bread to 900 people daily. It may be mentioned that the Sabha had been serving meals from December 2013 at a cost of just 10 Rupees. From 25th March, post Covid, the meals are served free.
From 29th April, an additional programme was undertaken in which 'khichri' is being served to 500 people daily. And from 4th May, ration packets are being distributed to 300 persons daily with the cooperation of district administration.
On Tuesday, 5th May, former President of the Sabha, Raj Kr Maroo, former Rajya Sabha MP Ajay Maroo and Rajiv MIttal, on behalf of the Sabha contributed Rs21,000 to the wife of late Mangal Kashyap, and Rs5,000 to Suraj Tirkey, employees of the Ranchi Airport, who were sent for quarantine 14 days back. Kashyap later jumped from the 3rd floor of the hospital and lost his life. Tirkey was released from quarantine on Monday. Ration packets to 25 families were also given to others in their village. Masks and sanitizers were also given to the CISF jawans stationed at the airport.

श्री माहेश्वरी सभा ने एयरपोर्ट में कार्यरत अस्थाई कर्मचारी स्वर्गीय मंगल कच्छप की पत्नी को 21000 और सूरजु तिर्की को 5000 सहयोग राशि के साथ उस गांव के 25 परिवार को राशन उपलब्ध कराई
श्री माहेश्वरी सभा, रांची, प्रतिदिन १००० लोगों को गरम भोजन, २०० लोगों को दूध, ९०० लोगों को चाय एवं प्रतिदिन २०० लोगों के बीच ब्रेड का वितरण करती है।
श्री माहेश्वरी सभा ने अपने सेवा के कार्य को करते हुए गत २९ अप्रैल से ५०० लोगों को खिचड़ी बनाकर तथा कल ४ मई से ३०० लोगों को राशन के पैकेट जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से बांट रही है।
मंगलवार को श्री महेशवरी सभा रांची ने अपने पूर्व अध्यक्ष राजकुमार मारू, पूर्व सांसद अजय मारू और राजीव मित्तल जी के द्वारा रांची एयरपोर्ट के दो कर्मचारी जिन्हें करीब १५ दिन पहले कोरनटाइन में भेजा गया था, और जिसमें से मंगल कच्छप ने अस्पताल की तीसरी मंजिल से कूदकर अपनी जान दे दी थी की पत्नी को ₹२१००० और कोरन्टाइन में गए दूसरे व्यक्ति जिसे कल अस्पताल से छोड़ा गया सूरजु तिर्की को ₹५००० की वित्तीय सहायता उनके गांव जा कर दी, साथ-साथ उस गांव के २५ परिवारों के बीच राशन के पैकेट बांटे गए। राशन और वित्तीय सहायता बटवाने में CISF एयरपोर्ट के लोगों ने सभा का सहयोग की। श्री माहेश्वरी सभा ने CISF को मास्क एवं सैनिटाइजर भी उपलब्ध कराए।
