20% Extra Salary For Govt Doctors In Rural Jharkhand

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has announced that doctors who will be posted in rural area will get a 20% incentive. It may be mentioned that presently there is shortage of doctors in rural government hospitals and health centres. This step of the government will encourage doctors to serve the rural population.

Chief Minister also announced that diploma courses in community health will be introduced for rural youth which will give them opening for absorption as health assistants at block and panchayat level.
