Thousands of years ago, man invented the fire. People came out of the caves and ventured into the vast unknown universe to unravel the mystery of the planet along with their own existence. His progeny then invented the motor and much later, the flying machine, enabling speedy travel across the globe.
Simultaneously, he also discovered medicine to tackle various ailments and diseases. Such is the paradox now, that the same flying machine has carried an invisible microbe threatening the very survival of man. To add fuel to fire, modern medical science hasn't been successful so far in fighting effectively against the organism either.
The only way COVID-19 can be confronted is by halting its menacing spread. The solution is to avoid contact with humans outside, at least for 21 days to start with.
This provides a unique opportunity to discover one's own potential to overcome unforeseen challenges, to meditate, to introspect, to strengthen family bonds and above all to understand the might of the universe that has been indiscriminately violated by man in his materialistic pursuits.
While remaining secluded within the safe confines of the home, man's supreme achievement in the world, certain initiatives like clapping to acknowledge the contribution of the unsung, silent Corona warriors and lighting lamps/candles is a message to the unscrupulous mischief-mongers that from within the walls of the homes of the multitudes, a message will come in the sometime of tomorrow that mankind is more than united today against known/unknown adversaries to thwart their sinister intentions.
The day is not far when man's triumph over COVID-19 will be found in the history books, while his forward journey and upward trajectory will continue unhindered and undaunted,

"Lessons I have learnt #COVIDー19:
1. Developed nations are more vulnerable than poor ones
2. Kindness is a quality we all cherish
3. Shopping luxury items is not a necessity
4. Family is supreme
5. We can build hospitals in days
6. People can work from home
7. Health is wealth"
Each one of us, in this forced lock down must be experiencing such thoughts. Ponder over these 'lessons' and share your views here.

In the all-round negativity due to Corona Covid 19 there is positivity also as this virus and the total lock down for 21 days has given every person and the family reasons to do so many things which they could not do for want of time.
To start with : children and parents are together at home, talking and enjoying indoor games like Ludo, Carrom etc.which we had forgotten. The Snake and Ladder game is another thrill. For senior citizens Chess is a choice.Secondly Corona has taught us the importance of cleanliness, which had vanished from our houses. This period has also given us opportunity to see memories in albums, do gardening and talk to friends and relatives whom we could not contact for years. The home makers find it easy to make the house in order and discard things not in use or not required. The more religious mind people are engaged in chanting Om, Mantras and doing Havans etc.
In short one is able to do so many things for which time could not be found earlier. One is coming close to natural things as home food is now the best food. Thanks to Corona which has made us Karo many things.

Welcome Corona
Human Being is the best creation of Nature. Nature created everything on earth to support human life and trusted the earth to humans to take care of all life forms, mountains, rivers, lakes, sea, ocean, etc, all which are important for the survival of It’s best and most loving creation.
In return, see what the Human Being have done. Human activities have finished numerus animals, birds, insects, pests, fishes, etc., each and every one of it had a role to play in Nature’s system. I read that bat eats certain kind of pests, which if not eaten by bats would destroy most of the crops.
Less than 1% of China’s population, who falls into super rich category, crave for more and more exotic foods, mostly wild animals, reptiles and insects. It sounds very simple, but all these have very important role to play in Nature’s Cycle.
Corona, I believe is a Nature’s message. A very clear message: Behave or I will Act.
A small invisible virus have made total humanity helpless, making all developments, advancement, technology useless.
So much so, Italian Government says that we are now helpless. Go to Jesus.

Staying at home has shown a lot of benefits. Sharing a few here
1. Earlier did not care for self much. But now made a habit of doing gargle with hot water, regular walking and eating healthy home made food.

2. No tension of work not done (business).

3. At my age did not lay much stress on learning of electronic media, as most work was being done by office staff. Now trying to learn different programmes. This is giving me so much of satisfaction.

4. Talkingoin phone with friends, relatives and business associates without any work as such. This is bringing us more nearer.

5. Talked with staff also which gave them extra pleasure.

Will share more sometime.

Cherish what you have.

Locked down is an opportunity to do what you always wanted to do.

Received this in a whatsapp group and don't know who has penned this. I liked this so much that I thought of sharing here.
