Kumbh Mela-2019, the world's largest congregation of humanity at one place is all set to take place at Prayagraj early morning on Tuesday, 15th January. The first bathing festival of Prayagraj Kumbh will be held on the same day. The first Shahi Snan royal bathing of Akharas will be held on the occasion, which marks the beginning of Kumbh. Massive arrangements have been made by Mela administration for peaceful bathing and elaborate security arrangements are also in place for processions of Akharas from their camps to bathing ghats for Shahi bathing. Administration has announced ban on the entry of vehicles into Mela area from tomorrow.
The district administration has closed all educational institutions for three days incluy14,15 and 16 January up to class 12 and has also advised degree colleges to close them to avoid inconvenience to the students in view of great rush on fist bathing festival of Kumbh.
UP State Road Transport Corporation has pressed 6000 buses into service to ferry pilgrims and railways has also introduced special trains from different parts of state and country. UPSRTC has also introduced 500 buses in the town to bring pilgrims to Mela area from makeshift bus stations and railway stations. Different air services have also started air connectivity from different major cities. A newly constructed civil airport has been opened for operation very soon to operate newly introduced flights.
Mela administration has set up 87 public accomodations in the Mela area in dormitory shape on economic rates. Other agencies have also developed high quality tent cities with all modern amenities in different locations. Special tent colony have been set up in Arail area of the Mela for Non Resident Indians who are scheduled to arrive on January 24. Pilgrims and tourists can book tents as per their needs and budget on line through Kumbh Mela website.
Eight kilometer long bathing ghats have been developed at Sangam for holy dip. About 12 crores pilgrims and tourists are expected during the Kumbh.
Both national broadcasters of Doordarshan and All India Radio of Prasar Bharati have made massive arrangements to telecast and broadcast the events of Prayagraj Kumbh 2019. All India Radio AIR has set up a separate one kilowatt FM transmitter namely Kumbhvani for the purpose. It will be run and maintained by the AIR Allahabad. Broadcast from this FM channel will be initiated from tomorrow at 5.55 AM and it will be continued till 10.05 PM. It will be functional till March 4, 2019, the last bathing festival of the Kumbh Mela. Broadcast from this special transmitter will be heard in the radius of across 35 kilometers. AIR Allahabad has set up a studio in the Kumbh Mela area. AIR, for the first time, has also made arrangements for live streaming on YouTube of all programs broadcast from Kumbhvani FM channel.
Live broadcast and telecast of all three Shahi Snan (Bathing) of Akharas on Makar Sankranti, 15th January, Mauni Amasya, 4th February and Basant Panchami, 10th February will be made by both Doordarshan and AIR on national hookup. Live coverage of remaining bathing festivals of Paush Purnima, Maghi Purnima and Maha Shivratri will be telecast by DDUP and it will also be available on DD India channel. Doordarshan will start its telecast of special programs on Kumbh Mela from January 15 and about three hours programs based on the activities in the Mela area will be made every day. DD and AIR has set up about one dozen booths for live coverage and commentary of Shahi Snan.
एक ही स्थान पर मानवता का विश्व का सबसे बड़ा समागम, कुंभ मेला- 2019 का मंगलवार, 15 जनवरी 2019 को तड़के प्रयागराज में आरंभ होना तय है। उसी दिन अखाड़ों का पहला शाही स्नान होगा जो कुंभ के आरंभ का सूचक है। शांति पूर्ण स्नान के लिए मेला प्रशासन द्वारा व्यापक इंतजाम किये गये है और शाही स्नान के लिए अखाड़ों के उनके शिविरों से स्नान घाट के लिए जूलूसों के लिए भी विस्तृत व्यवस्था की गई है। प्रशासन ने कल से मेला क्षेत्र में वाहनों के प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध की घोषणा की है।
प्रयागराज के जिला प्रशासन ने 14,15 और 16 जनवरी सहित तीन दिनों तक 12 वीं कक्षा तक के सभी शिक्षण संस्थानों को बंद कर दिया है और डिग्री कॉलेजों को भी सलाह दी है कि वे कुंभ के त्यौहारों पर स्नान के लिए भारी भीड़ को देखते हुए छात्रों को असुविधा से बचाने के लिए उन्हें बंद कर दें।
उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम ने तीर्थयात्रियों के लिए 6000 बसों को सेवा में शामिल किया है और रेलवे ने राज्य और देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों से विशेष रेलगाड़ियां भी शुरू की हैं। तीर्थ यात्रियों को अस्थायी बस स्टेशनों और रेलवे स्टेशनों से मेला क्षेत्र में लाने के लिए शहर में 500 बसों की शुरुआत की है। विभिन्न प्रमुख शहरों के लिए कई हवाई सेवाएं शुरू की गई हैं। नई शुरू की गई उड़ानों को संचालित करने के लिए बहुत जल्द ही एक नवनिर्मित नागरिक हवाई अड्डा परिचालन के लिए खोल दिया गया है।
मेला प्रशासन ने मेला क्षेत्र में डोरमैट्री आकार के 87 सार्वजनिक आवासों की स्थापना की है जिससे कि बाहर से आने वाले तीर्थ यात्रियों को सस्ती दरों पर सुविधायें उपलब्ध कराई जा सकें। अन्य एजेंसियों ने विभिन्न स्थानों में पर्यटकों को सभी आधुनिक सुविधाओं के साथ उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले तम्बू शहर भी विकसित किए हैं। मेला के अरेल क्षेत्र में अप्रवासी भारतीयों के लिए विशेष तम्बू कॉलोनी स्थापित की गई है, जो 24 जनवरी को आने वाले हैं। तीर्थयात्री और पर्यटक कुंभ मेला वेबसाइट के माध्यम से अपनी जरूरतों एवं बजट के अनुसार टेंट बुक कर सकते हैं।
संगम पर पवित्र डुबकी के लिए 8 किलोमीटर लंबे स्नान क्षेत्र का विकास किया गया है और इसी तरह मेला के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में गंगा नदी के तट पर कई अन्य घाट भी विकसित किए गए हैं। कुंभ के दौरान लगभग 12 करोड़ तीर्थयात्रियों और पर्यटकों के आने की उम्मीद है।
प्रसार भारती के दोनों राष्ट्रीय प्रसारकों- दूरदर्शन एवं आकाशवाणी ने प्रयागराज कुंभ 2019 की घटनाओं के प्रसारण और उन्हें सीधा प्रसारित करने के लिए बड़े स्तर पर व्यवस्था की है। आकाशवाणी ने इस उद्देश्य के लिए कुम्भवाणी के नाम से अलग से एक किलोवाट एफएम ट्रांसमीटर की स्थापना की है। इसका संचालन और रखरखाव आकाशवाणी इलाहाबाद द्वारा किया जाएगा। इस एफएम चैनल से प्रसारण कल सुबह 5.55 बजे शुरू किया जाएगा और इसे 10.05 बजे जारी रखा जाएगा। यह 4 मार्च, 2019 तक क्रियाशील रहेगा। इस विशेष ट्रांसमीटर से प्रसारण 35 किलोमीटर के दायरे में सुना जा सकेगा। आकाशवाणी इलाहाबाद ने कुंभ मेला क्षेत्र में एक स्टूडियो स्थापित किया है और यह कुंभ मेले के अंतिम स्नान पर्व 4 मार्च तक क्रियाशील रहेगा। आकाशवाणी ने पहली बार कुंभवाणी एफएम चैनल से प्रसारित सभी कार्यक्रमों के यू-ट्यूब पर लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग की भी व्यवस्था की है।
मकर संक्रांति पर 15 जनवरी को अखाड़ों के तीनों शाही स्नान, 4 फरवरी मौनी अमास्या और 10 फरवरी को बसंत पंचमी का दूरदर्शन और आकाशवाणी दोनों द्वारा सीधा प्रसारण और प्रसारण, नेशनल हुकअप पर किया जाएगा। पौष पूर्णिमा, माघी पूर्णिमा और महाशिवरात्रि के शेष स्नान पर्वों का लाइव कवरेज डीडीयूपी द्वारा प्रसारित किया जाएगा और यह डीडी इंडिया चैनल पर भी उपलब्ध होगा। दूरदर्शन 15 जनवरी से कुंभ मेले पर विशेष कार्यक्रमों का प्रसारण शुरू करेगा और हर दिन मेला क्षेत्र में गतिविधियों पर आधारित लगभग तीन घंटे के कार्यक्रम बनाए जाएंगे। डीडी और आकाशवाणी ने शाही स्नान की लाइव कवरेज और कमेंट्री के लिए लगभग एक दर्जन बूथ स्थापित किए है।
